We are so lucky to have this man's fearless quest for the truth & willingness to share that with us along the way. Thank you

In New Zealand we have the same issues, sadly many choose to blame obesity and poor health on colonialism!

Supermarkets have 30+ isles of processed foods and one isle of health food, so are the other isles "unhealthy foods". Ironically most of the health foods are the old low fat high sugar processed foods that have fallen out of favour. The past 50+ years food technology has advanced to the point where "food" has the flavours and textures we desire for the lowest costs and are often promoted as healthy by association with labels like "high protein" etc, yet they contain almost nothing that can be eaten on its own.

Profits is what is all about, profits for the food companies, profits for the medical industry, profits for the pharmaceutical companies. We are setup to fail. We receive little to no education at school about nutrition and are constantly bombarded with junk food advertising. Doctors are seen by many as the solution to their own problems via pills and procedures.

It is not until people learn how to feed themselves that we are going to get better. I am working hard to regain the health of my youth that I have lost over the years by not taking an interest in what I am putting into my mouth other than how it made me feel in the moment. If you eat from a box, you will end up in a box faster than you think. Eat healthy. I am low carb but also love vegetables and good fats. Thanks for this talk. We need more of this to reach the peoples.
